An abstract can also be uploaded via the registration link, and there will be two poster sessions (Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon) during the meeting.
If an abstract is submitted, please click on the button 'submit a paper' after registration.
However, submitting an abstract is not mandatory.
Registration fees
Students (including PhD students): 400€
All other participants: 700€
The registration fee includes:
- Keynote session on Monday afternoon
- Three dinners with non-alcoholic beverages (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Beverages, lunch and coffee breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday
Deadline for registration is May 8th, 2026!
