We had a great time at the Mainz Science Market (Wissenschaftsmarkt). This year’s theme, "People and Regions" ("Mensch und Regionen"), provided a great opportunity to highlight the connection between research, society, and the local community.
At our joint booth by TRR 355 and CRC 1292, visitors could explore immunological research through a range of hands-on activities, including our photobox, modeling clay station, temporary tattoos, and science puzzles. These activities helped make complex scientific topics accessible to visitors of all ages and provided plenty of opportunities for conversation and exchange. 🔬💡
It was great to meet so many interested visitors, answer questions, and talk about our research beyond the laboratory.
